ORDER

The petitioner seeks for a direction, directing the 2 nd respondent to issue No Parents Certificate for which the petitioner herein made an application dated 11.11.2025 and consequently, keep one post vacant by the third respondent herein till then

2. According to the petitioner, his parents have died eight years back, in this regard, he has given an application for issuance of No Parents Certificate by the Tahsildar. Village Administrative Officer has also enquired and found that the petitioner's parents had already died. The petitioner requires the certificate for job purposes. Hence, seeks to consider the representation dated 11.11.2025.

3. Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record.

4. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, this Court without going into the merits of the case directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 11.11.2025 and pass appropriate order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
