ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for non compliance of the order dated 07.10.2025 passed by this Court in W.P.No.37339 of 2025, thereby directing the respondent to survey the petitioner's land based on the title deed produced by the petitioner.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondent issued notice to the petitioner and counter parties to survey the land on 06.03.2026.

Recording the above submissions, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
