This Contempt Petition is filed for willful disobedience of the order dated 30.04.2025 in W.P. No.16573 of 2025.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions submitted that the survey was not properly conducted.

3. In the considered view of this Court, if the petitioner has any further grievance, it is left open to the petitioner to redress the remedy in the manner known to law.
