ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) This petition is as frivolous and misconceived as it could be.

2. The petitioner seeks to challenge the development work of widening the road by raising a self-claim that there is no need to widen the road. Whether there is any need to widen the road or not is essentially a matter in the realm of administrative function and not a matter warranting interference by the Court.
