ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to mutate and issue patta in favour of the petitioner for the property, morefully
described in the prayer to this writ petition, based on the petitioner's representation dated 25.06.2024.
2.The petitioner claims that by order dated 26.09.2023, the respondents have mutated the patta for the property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition in favour of the petitioner.
3.Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents, submits that the order dated 26.09.2023, referred to by the learned counsel for the petitioner, is not a final order and only after hearing the objections if any of Karpagam, whose name is reflected in the order dated 26.09.2023, final order will be passed by the respondents on the petitioner's representation dated 25.06.2024 seeking for mutation of revenue records in the name of the petitioner and for issuance of patta in her name. 4.Admittedly, the representation of the petitioner dated 25.06.2024, referred to supra, has not been considered by the respondents till date. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's representation is considered, on merits and in accordance with law in the light of the order dated 26.09.2023 issued by the respondents, after hearing objections if any of Karpagam whose name is reflected in the order dated 26.09.2023, referred to supra, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
5.For the foregoing reasons, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 25.06.2024 seeking for mutation of revenue records and for issuance of patta in her name for the property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, after hearing the objections if any of Karpagam whose name is reflected in the order dated 26.09.2023 issued by the respondents and relied upon by the petitioner, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
