ORDER

Learned counsel for the applicant/3rd party submits that he is the owner of the property at No.95, (wrongly mentioned as 96 in the petition), New No.22, Gangadeeswarar Kovil Street, Purasawalkkam, Chennai 600 084, and that the order passed by the learned Single Judge is directly affecting the rights of the applicant.

3. For the reasons stated in the application, the application seeking leave is allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the writ appeal and list for admission next week.
