ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking to direct the 3rd respondent to implement and enforce the order dated 11.11.2025, passed by the 3rd respondent by removing the name of Chennappan and Murugan, which according to the petitioner was wrongly entered in addition to the name of the petitioner in patta No.361, for the properties more fully described in the prayer to this writ petition, within the time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2.The petitioner claims that in patta No.361, referred to supra, the name of Chennappan and Murugan has been wrongly included and therefore their names have to be removed. The petitioner also claims that despite the order dated 11.11.2025, having been passed by the 3rd respondent for removal of the Chennappan's name in patta No.361, till date, the name of Chennappan has not been removed in patta No.361. The petitioner had earlier given a representation in this regard, which is an old one and therefore, the petitioner will have to give a fresh representation seeking for the relief as sought for in this writ petition.

3.No prejudice will be caused to the respondents if a direction is issued to consider the representation of the petitioner seeking for a relief as sought for in this writ petition, on merits and in accordance with law, within the time frame to be fixed by this Court.

4.This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation, seeking for removal of the names of Chennappan and Murugan, which according to the petitioner was wrongly entered in addition to the petitioner's name in patta No.361.

5.For the foregoing reasons, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the petitioner to submit a fresh representation to the 3rd respondent seeking for implementation and enforcement of the order dated 11.11.2025, by removing the names of Chennappan, S/o. Gauran and Murugan, S/o. Chennappan, which according to the petitioner was wrongly entered in addition to the name of the petitioner in patta No.361, in the property more fully described in the prayer to this writ petition, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On the receipt of the said representation, the 3rd respondent is directed to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the said representation, within a period of twelve weeks thereafter, after hearing the

objections of Chennappan and Murugan and any other third party, whom the 3rd respondent deems fit to enquire. No costs.
