This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to grant leave to the petitioners to file the instant Civil Revision Petition against the order in E.P.No.995 of 2021 in O.S.No.207 of 1985 dated 25.07.2025 on the file of the Sub-Court, Alandur.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner is in settled possession of the property, which is sought to be disturbed pursuant to the order passed in E.P.No.995 of 2021 in O.S.No.207 of 1985 dated 25.07.2025 on the file of the Sub-Court, Alandur.

3. I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the petitioner has made out sufficient cause for granting leave to the petitioner to file the instant Civil Revision Petition.
