ORDER
This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioners 1/4
seeking modification of the anticipatory bail condition imposed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Kancheepuram in Crl.M.P.No.1993 of 2025 by an order dated 23.10.2025 that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
2. The petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Principal District and Sessions Court, Kancheepuram with a condition that "the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders". Accordingly, they have complied with the condition for 28 days and thereafter, they have come forward with a petition seeking relaxation and the same was dismissed by the learned Sessions Judge, Kancheepuram. Hence, the present petition has been filed seeking relaxation of the very same condition.
3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the petitioners have appeared before the respondent for the period of 28 days, this Court is of the view that the condition imposed on the petitioners that they shall appear before the respondent police is relaxed and that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed. 10.12.2025 ssi To 1.The Inspector of Police, Mangadu Police Station, Kancheepuram District.
