This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para No.6(b) imposed on the petitioner herein in Crl.O.P.No.26031 of 2025, dated 25.09.2025, that the petitioner shall appear before the Trial Court concerned daily at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Special Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para No.6(b) imposed on the petitioner herein in Crl.O.P.No.26031 of 2025, dated 25.09.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Trial Court concerned on every Monday at 10:30 a.m., for a period of six weeks and thereafter, on all the hearing dates without fail.
