ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.20374 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.27198/2025 dated 04.11.2025, passed by this Court to report before the respondent police once in a week on every Monday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner appeared only 4 weeks.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.20374 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.27198/2025 dated 04.11.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall continue to appear before the respondent police once in a week on every Monday at 10:30 a.m., for a period of four more weeks.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
