C.M.P.Nos.32009, 32008 & 32536 of 2025 in S.A. No. 276 of 2014 DR. A.D. MARIA CLETE, J These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 248 days in setting aside the abatement caused due to the death of the deceased first respondent, to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the deceased first respondent and to bring on record the L.R.s of the deceased first respondent respectively. 2.Heard Mr.P.Dinesh Kumar, learned counsel for the appellant and Mr.R.Bharath Kumar, learned counsel for the respondents 6 to 9, R10, R12 to R14 and Mr.K.S.Navin Balaji, learned counsel for the respondents 15 to 27 who submits that they have got no serious objection in allowing these petitions. There is no appearance for R11.

3.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions which sets out the relationship of the proposed parties with the deceased and on being satisfied that the proposed parties represent the estate of the deceased within the meaning of Order XXII CPC, these petitions are allowed. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in the cause title.
