ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order of suspension dated 04.07.2024 passed by the third respondent. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.
3.The petitioner was placed under suspension by order dated 04.07.2024 on the allegation that he had sold liquor bottles in excess of the prescribed rate to the customers. Pursuant to the same, an Enquiry Officer was appointed, who conducted an enquiry and submitted his report. Based on the equiry report and on the request made by the petitioner, the third respondent forwarded a recommendation for reinstatement of the petitioner into service to the second respondent. However, till date, no order has been passed by the second respondent.

4.In view of the above, the second respondent is directed to pass orders revoking the order of suspension, in the light of the recommendation forwarded by the third respondent dated 18.12.2024, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
