ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to take action on the complaint of the petitioners dated 30.07.2025 as directed by 1st respondent in proceedings in K.No.34774/i1/2025 dated 18.08.2025.

2. According to the petitioners, they have already given a complaint as against the third respondent regarding the maladministration of the Society and violation of provisions of the bye-laws of the Society.

3. Though several representations were sent, only notice was issued to the third respondent calling for explanation, but no further action has been taken. Hence the petitioners sent another complaint on 30.07.2025, which has been forwarded to the District Registrar. Even on the said complaint, no actions has been taken. Hence, the present writ petition.

4. As the limited relief has been sought, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint given by the petitioners, after giving opportunity to parties concerned and pass orders, as 2 / 5

expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order

5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
