ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 4 to 6 to include the name of the petitioner temple i.e., Sri Angala Parameshwari Amman Kovil and its constructed portions in Survey No.105/1 in the column No.15 of A-Register FMB sketch and other revenue records within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2.The petitioner claims that they are the owner of the property, morefully described in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition. According to them, their name has not been recorded in the revenue records by the respondents. In such circumstances, they have given a representation on 22.04.2025 to the respondents 4 to 6 seeking to include their name in the revenue records. Since the same has not been considered, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3.Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4.No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's representation, as stated supra, is considered, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 5.This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.

6.For the foregoing reasons, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondents 4 to 6 to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 22.04.2025 seeking for inclusion of their name in the revenue records of the respondents, like FMB sketch etc. within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
