ORDER
The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 24.10.2025, for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 296(b), 351(3) of BNS, 2023 r/w Section 3 of TNPPDL Act in Crime No.395 of 2025, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The allegation against the petitioner is that he joined hands with the other accused in damaging five autos (Three wheeler), parked in the road. Hence, a complaint was lodged and the petitioner was arrested.
3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and has been falsely implicated since he has got previous cases. He further submitted that the petitioner is in judicial custody since 24.10.2025. Hence, he prayed for grant of bail to the petitioner.
4. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police reiterated the prosecution case and submitted that the petitioner has bad antecedents, that he was seen by the owner of the vehicle, and that when the owner objected to the petitioner's act of damaging the vehicle, the petitioner criminally intimidated him. Hence, he opposed to grant bail to the petitioner.
5. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report.
6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the specific overt act attributed to the petitioner, and the fact that the petitioner has bad antecedents, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
7. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 04.12.2025 drl 2/4
