ORDER

This writ petition has been filed, seeking for a direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's online application dated 03.10.2025 and

representation dated 03.11.2025, seeking to include his name in the joint patta property No.363 and thereafter, sub divide the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition based on the sale deed executed in favour of the petitioner by the District Munsif Court, Gudiyattam in E.P. No.75 of 2024 in O.S.No.162 of 2012 dated 08.06.2015 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

The petitioner claims that he has obtained specific performance decree and pursuant to the same, a sale deed has been executed in his favour on 08.06.2015 by the Executing Court in E.P.No.75 of 2024 in O.S. No.162 of 2012. He has submitted the online application on 03.10.2025, seeking to include his name in the joint patta property No.363 and thereafter, sub divide the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition. Since the same has not been considered till date, he has filed this writ petition.

3. Mr S. Arumugam, learned Govt. Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondent.

4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondent if the petitioner's online application dated 03.10.2025 as well as the subsequent representation dated 03.11.2025, seeking to include the petitioner's name in the joint patta property No.363 and the consequential sub division of the land is considered on

merits and in accordance with law after hearing the objections of any third party if any within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

For the foregoing reasons, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's online application dated 03.10.2025 and the representation dated 03.11.2025, seeking to include the name of the petitioner in joint patta No.363 and sub divide the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition based on the sale deed executed in the name of the petitioner by the District Munsif Court, Gudiyattam in E.P. No.75 of 2024 in O.S.No.162 of 2012 in Doc. No.5018 of 2015 dated 08.06.2015 after hearing the objections of any third party whom the respondent deems fit to enquire within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
