ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to consider the petitioner's representations dated 05.08.2025 and 08.10.2025 requesting to include the names of legal heirs of Late Angamuthu in Patta No.597 for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition.

2. According to the petitioner, presently, patta No.597 stands in the name of the petitioner's father Late Angamuthu. In the said patta, the petitioner seeks for inclusion of the legal heirs of Late Angamuthu, who died on 15.02.1986. Since the aforesaid representations of the petitioner are yet to be considered by the official respondents, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3. Mr.S.Arumugam, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3, and submits that the petitioner may be directed to submit a fresh representation to enable the authority concerned to consider the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

4. Since no adverse orders are passed against the respondents 4 to 6, notice to them in this writ petition is dispensed with. __________Page 2 of 4

5. No prejudice will be caused to the official respondents if a direction is issued to them to consider and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, on the fresh representation to be submitted by the petitioner, requesting to include the names of the legal heirs of Late Angamuthu in Patta No.597 pertaining to the subject property, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed in the following manner:- (a) The petitioner is directed to submit a fresh representation to the third respondent requesting to include the names of the legal heirs of Late Angamuthu in Patta No.597 pertaining to the subject property, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

(b) On receipt of the said representation, the third respondent shall pass orders on merits and in accordance with law on the said representation, within a period of 12 weeks thereafter.
