ORDER

In terms of the order dated 04.02.2026, Mr.N.Naveenkumar states that the offending culvert has been removed. He has also produced photographs to substantiate the same. The same are scanned and extracted hereunder:- 2 / 8

2.Mr.N.Naveenkumar further states that, despite several requests made to the petitioner to be present at the time of removal, he was not present. This statement is recorded.

3.As the order has been complied with, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.
