PRAYER:-Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for an issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 4th respondent to Transfer the Patta in favor of the petitioner by considering the petitioner's representation dated 23.09.2025 and make appropriate orders within a time as may be fixed by this Court.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for mandamus, seeking for a direction to the 4th respondent to transfer the patta in favour of the petitioner's son for the property more fully described in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition based on the petitioner's representation dated 23.09.2025, within the time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2.The petitioner claims that his son is the owner of the property more fully described in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition. He seeks transfer of patta in favour of his son for the said property and he has also given representation on 23.09.2025 to the respondents for the said purpose. Since the same has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3.Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4 and Mr.K.Karthikeyan, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 5 and 6. 4.No prejudice will be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's representation, seeking for transfer of patta for the property more fully described in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition is considered on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections of the respondents 5 and 6 as well as any other third party whom the 4th respondent deems fit to enquire.

5.This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 23.09.2025, seeking for transfer of patta. 6.For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the 4th respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 23.09.2025, seeking for transfer of patta in favour of the petitioner's son for the property more fully described in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, after hearing the objections of the respondents 5 and 6 and any other third party whom the 4th respondent deems fit to enquire, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
