ORDER

The present Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 1428 days in representing the C.M.P.Sr.No.112049 of 2021 in Review Appl. No.13 of 2008 in C.R.P.No.1647 of 2006.

2. I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of this petition and also heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the first respondent.

3. The reasons assigned by the revision petitioner are set out in paragraph no.7. Admittedly, it appears that the CMP papers were misplaced in the Registry. Registry also informed me that the bundles were traced only on 26.11.2025.

4. In the light of the above, the petitioner cannot be found at fault for the delay, that is occasion. Though the delay may be 1428 days, I am inclined to condone the delay. Accordingly, the delay is condoned.

5. Registry is directed to number the LR petition and list this matter on 05.12.2025.
