ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that in the meanwhile, the petitioners have already moved an application before the Debts Recovery Tribunal and they do not wish to continue with parallel proceedings and therefore, seek to withdraw the petition.

2. Keeping on record the statement so made, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, WMP Nos.53239 and 53240 of 2025 are closed.

3. WMP No.53238 of 2025 filed to permit the petitioners to file a single writ petition is allowed as the petitioners have paid individual court fees.
