ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a limited relief. The petitioner seeks for early disposal of the petitioner's appeal dated 19.05.2025 pending before the first respondent.

2. Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2. Since this Court is not passing any adverse orders against the respondents 3 to 9, notice to the respondents 3 to 9 in this writ petition is dispensed with by this Court.

3. No prejudice will be caused to the first respondent, if a direction is issued to the first respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance __________Page 2 of 4

with law, on the pending appeal dated 19.05.2025 of the petitioner. Accordingly, this Court directs the first respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner's appeal dated 19.05.2025, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, by adhering to the principles of natural justice. No Costs. Connected W.M.P.No.53052 of 2025 is closed.
