(Order of the Court was made by C.V.Karthikeyan, J.) This petition has been filed consequent to the death of the first respondent E.Dinesh Kumar to bring on record his legal heirs as further respondents in the writ petition.

2.In the affidavit filed, it had been stated that the first respondent had died on 23.05.2024. The legal heirship certificate had also been enclosed. It had been stated that there has been some delay in obtaining the certificate.

3.Since the cause of action survives, the petition stands allowed. Registry may record the death of the first respondent and take on record the legal heirs as the further respondents in the cause title of the writ petition. The learned counsel who had earlier appeared for the first respondent states that he would also appear for the legal heirs of the first respondent.

4.Call the matter on 28.01.2026.
