O R D E R

The petitioner seeks a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's Appeal dated 02.04.2025, filed against the legal heirship certificate issued by the 2nd respondent, within a time to be stipulated by this Court.

2.Learned Additional Advocate General appearing for Mr.Yogesh Kannadasan, learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3, would submit that the 2nd respondent will consider the Appeal filed by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders within a period of two months.

3.Considering the limited nature of the relief sought for in this writ petition, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the appeal, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to consider the Appeal filed by the

petitioner on 02.04.2025, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, and pass appropriate orders, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
