2. In the affidavit filed in support of the petition seeking to condone the delay in filing the appeal, it had been contended that the delay was owing to the fact that the papers had to be placed before the Accidents Claims Committee to seek recommendation to file an appeal and thereafter, Finance Committee to seek authorisation to file an appeal.
There had been a delay in adopting such process.
3. Heard learned counsel for the respondent.
4. It is contended that compromise has already been entered between the appellant and the respondent. Taking note of these facts, delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.
(C.V.K.J.) (K.B.J.) 01.12.2025 mmi P.S.: Registry is directed to number the appeal if it is otherwise in order and list the same 'for Admission' on 04.12.2025.
