This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 96 days in paying the deficit Court fees of Rs.1000/- in filing the appeal.

2.Since, it is a matter between the Court and the appellant, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.

3. Taking note of the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay, in payment of deficit Court fees, is condoned. Accordingly, this petition is allowed. 4.The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the admission in usual course.
