ORDER

The petitioner asserts that his mother purchased a property under registered sale deed bearing Document No.5710 of 1983. While carrying out verification of the encumbrance certificate relating to the said property, it is stated that no entry was found in respect of Document No.5710 of 1983. 2/5

After submitting a representation in this regard, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner invited my attention to communication dated 22.04.2025 from the Sub Registrar, Vanur to the District Registrar, North Chennai in this regard. Since no further action has been taken, he submits that the present writ petition was filed.

3. Learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice for both the respondents. He submits that the petitioner's representation would be considered and disposed of on merits within three weeks.

4. Considering the above submissions, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation within three weeks from the date of receipt of a 3/5

copy of this order after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner. No costs.
