ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a limited relief. The petitioner seeks for an early disposal of his appeal/representations, dated 10.03.2023, 19.07.2024 and 24.01.2025, pending on the file of the 2nd respondent.

2. Since no adverse order has been passed against the respondents 4 and 5, notice to the respondents 4 and 5 is dispensed with.

3. Mr.C.Jaya Prakash, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3.

4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if a direction is issued to the 2nd respondent to dispose of the appeal/representations preferred by the petitioner, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. Page No.2 of 4

5. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's appeal/representations.

6. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal/representations, dated 10.03.2023, 19.07.2024 and 24.01.2025, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
