The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 379 of IPC r/w 21(1) Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957, in Crime No.75 of 2019 on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner was already arrested in the year 2019 and also released on bail, hence this petition is not maintainable. 3.In view of the above submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
