O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 30.09.2024 for appointment of sanitary worker in the third respondent office notified by the second respondent office by way of Na.Ka.No.3990-1/2019/Pa3 dated 04.12.2020.

2. The case of the petitioner is that pursuant to the Notification dated 04.12.2020 issued by the second respondent, the petitioner had applied for the post of Sanitary Worker in the third respondent office on 10.12.2020 through registered post and he was called for interview. Thereafter, no appointment order has been issued. Therefore, the petitioner made a representation on 11.11.2024 before the first respondent, but the same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it would suffice, if the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 11.11.2024 and dispose of the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a specified period.

4. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the third respondent have no serious objection for such an order being passed by this Court.

5. Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 11.11.2024 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
