ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to cancel the patta standing in the name of the third respondent for the

property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, based on the petitioner's representation dated 21.10.2024 and the consequential representation dated 02.01.2025 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2.The petitioner claims that illegally patta for the property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition was issued in favour of the third respondent and she seeks cancellation of the same. The petitioner has given representations on 21.10.2024 and 02.01.2025 for the said purpose. Since the same have not been considered, the petitioner has filed this writ petition. 3.Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 & 2.

4.No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's representations as stated supra is considered, on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections of the third respondent and any other third party whom the first respondent deems fit to enquire within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

5.This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representations.

6.Since no adverse order is passed against the third respondent, notice to the third respondent is dispensed with.

7.For the foregoing reasons, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representations dated 21.10.2024 and 02.01.2025 seeking for cancellation of patta for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, which is now standing in the name of third respondent, after giving notice to the third respondent and after hearing the objections of the third respondent and also any other third party whom the first respondent deems fit to enquire within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
