PRAYER:- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking issuance of writ of mandamus, directing the Respondents 1 to 4 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 26.11.2025 on the file of the Respondents herein in accordance with law and the second respondent extent the time and permit the petitioner to apply the Application for the Post of Assistant Professor before the Tamil Nadu Arasu Arts and Science college to secure the ends of Justice.

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus, directing the Respondents 1 to 4 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 26.11.2025 on the file of the Respondents herein in accordance with law and the second respondent extent the time and permit the petitioner to apply the Application for the Post of Assistant Professor before the Tamil Nadu Arasu Arts and Science college to secure the ends of Justice.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this Court may issue direction to the respondents to pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation dated 26.11.2025 within a specified time.
3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the respondents will consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on the same within a specified time.
4. In view of the above, there will be a direction to the 4 th respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.11.2025 and pass appropriate orders on the same in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above terms. No costs.
