Today, when the matter came up for hearing, Mr.A.Gopinath, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has already been detained under Act, 14 of 1982 vide Order in C.No.198/G/1S/2025 dated 27.11.2025, passed by the Officer of the Commissioner of Police, Coimbatore City.
