ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.252 of 2024 dated 12.08.2024 for the offences under sections 296(b), 115(2), 74, 351(3) and 3(5) of BNS, 2023 on the file of the respondent police and to quash the same.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Public Prosecutor assisted by learned Government Advocate (Puducherry) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed and the final report has been filed.
