ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.27367 of 2025 dated 03.10.2025, in para No.7(b) that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Courtin Crl.O.P.No.27367 of 2025 dated 03.10.2025, in para No.7(b) is relaxed and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
