ORDER

The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 26.09.2025 for the offences punishable under Sections 24(1) of Cigarette and Other Tobacco Products Acts, 2003 and 123 of BNS, 2023 in Crime No.372 of 2025, registered on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. The earlier bail application of the petitioner was dismissed by this Court, vide order dated 17.11.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.31349 of 2025 for the following reasons.

"5. Considering the facts and aforesaid submissions; the grave nature of offence and also his previous bad antecedents, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner." 2.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent. 3.

Considering the submissions made, facts and circumstances of the case, the nature of offence, the previous antecedents of the petitioner and the present bail petition has been filed immediately after the dismissal of the earlier bail application of the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.31349 of 2025 without any change in circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
