O R D E R

The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to transfer the complaint in C.No.186/NGT/2025 dated 03.10.2025, pending investigation on the file of the third respondent Police and transfer the same to the fourth respondent or any other investigating agency. Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that, based on the complaint given by the petitioner against her son, an enquiry was conducted in C.No.186/NGT/2025 and finding that the dispute between the parties was civil in nature, the complaint was closed on 13.10.2025 and the parties were directed to approach the civil Court.

Having heard the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) and perused the materials available on record, this Court is of the view that since the complaint has been closed on the ground that it is civil in nature, the petition seeking transfer is not maintainable. 2/4

Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
