O R D E R

The petitioners, who were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 13.10.2025, for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 309(4), 311 of BNS, in Crime No.910 of 2025, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The allegation against the petitioners is that the petitioners demanded money from the defacto complainant and, when he refused, they robbed a sum of Rs.3,100/- from him at knife point. Hence, the complaint was lodged.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are falsely implicated in this case, since they got some previous cases. He further submitted that the petitioners are in judicial custody since 13.10.2025. He further submitted that he is ready to abide by any conditions that may be imposed by this Court. Hence, he prayed for grant of bail to the petitioners.

4. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the 2/6

respondent police reiterated the prosecution case and submitted that the first petitioner is having 16 previous cases, 2 nd and 3 rd petitioners are each having 11 previous cases pending against them. However, he opposes to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report.

6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on both sides, the fact that the petitioners are having bad antecedents, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. 3/6
