This matter is listed today before this Court under the caption "For Being Mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that on 07.01.2026, this Court had granted suspension of sentence to the petitioner 1 / 4

herein in Crl.M.P.No.23461 of 2025 in Crl.A.No.1881 of 2025. However, due to an inadvertent mistake on the part of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the STC Number was wrongly mentioned as STC No.150 of 2020 instead of STC No.150 of 2023. Hence, he prayed for suitable directions.

3. I have heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.
