(Order made by P.Velmurugan J.) This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 269 days in filing the above appeal against the judgment of acquittal dated 19.12.2024 passed in S.C.No.92 of 2021 on the file of the Principal District and Sessions Court, Ariyalur.

When the matter came up for hearing on 09.12.2025, this Court directed the appellant/complainant to serve notice to the respondents/accused, pursuant to which, notice has been served on the respondents and the appellant has also filed affidavit for proof of service. 3.

Despite service of notice to the respondents and their name being printed in the cause list, none appeared for the respondents.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, delay of 269 days in filing the above appeal is condoned.

The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if the same is otherwise in order.
