This application is filed by the applicant/defendant to permit the applicant to adduce evidence and receive the documents mentioned in this application, as evidence. The applicant is the Naveena Netrikkan Magazine, which is a Sole Proprietorship concern and at the time of filing the suit, the documents are not available and therefore, this application is filed to accept those documents. Though the other side has seriously objected, considering the nature of the application, the documents shall be received, subject to proof, relevancy and admissibility. The respondent is at liberty to raise objection at the time of marking the documents. With these observations, this application is allowed.
