ORDER
The petitioners, who apprehend arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 6(4) of TNSC (RDCS) Order 1982 r/w Section 7(1)(a)(ii) of Essential Commodities Act, 1955 in Crime No.290 of 2025, on the file of the respondent police seek anticipatory bail.

2. Earlier, this Court vide order dated 11.11.2025 in Crl.OP.No.30664 of 2025 dismissed the petitioner's anticipatory bail petition on the following reasons:
" 4.Considering the fact that the huge quantity of 5000 kgs of PDS had been seized and the petitioner is the main accused and that he has involved in two previous cases and since there is no change of circumstances established before the court to revisit the earlier order, therefore this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner'
3. Considering the nature of the allegations and there is no change of circumstances after the dismissal of earlier anticipatory bail petition, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 12.12.2025 Vv 2/4
