ORDER

This application has been filed to receive the additional documents Nos.I to VII as annexed in the list of documents in T.O.S.No.70 of 2024 in O.P. No. 575 of 2023.

2. It is seen from the list of documents that they are all Xerox copies. However, the learned counsel for the applicant submitted that he has the original document and that the same can be produced before the Master.

3. However, the learned counsel for the respondents submitted that he has objections regarding the relevancy of those documents in a testamentary suit.

4. Since the application has been filed only for the purpose of receiving those documents, in the event the original documents are filed, the same may be received.

5. However, the learned counsel for the respondents is at liberty to raise his objections at the time of marking, in case the documents are found to be not relevant.

6. With these observations, liberty is granted to the counsels. The application is allowed, subject to proof and relevancy and on the condition that the petitioner shall produce the original documents before the Master. 19-01-2026 AT Index:Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order Internet:Yes
