ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a limited relief. 2.The petitioner seeks for an early disposal of his appeal dated 04.09.2025 pending on the file of the second respondent. Aggrieved by the order of the fourth respondent, the petitioner has preferred an appeal dated 04.09.2025 before the second respondent.

3.Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice

on behalf of the respondents 1, 2, 4 and 5. Mr.K.Karthikeyan, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the third respondent. 4.No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if a direction is issued to the second respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's appeal dated 04.09.2025 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court by adhering to the principles of natural justice. 5.For the foregoing reasons, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's appeal dated 04.09.2025 within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, by adhering to the principles of natural justice. No costs.
