ORDER

This writ petition is filed to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.02.2025. When the matter came up for admission, a third party by name Mr.Kokilan wanted to oppose the writ petition by stating that the writ petition is not maintainable and fit person is already appointed. However, Mr.G.Munuraj, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submit that the direction in the writ petition is to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.02.2025 and the same is already disposed of by a communication dated 17.03.2025 and as such, nothing survives in the matter. 4.

Mr.S.Ravichandran, learned Additional Government Pleader who takes notice for the 3rd respondent / HR & CE Department would submit that as per the stand of the Department, the petitioner was not even a Dharmakartha at any point of time.

Be that as it may, the writ petition is filed for a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation. The learned Counsel for the petitioner himself states that the prayer has since been complied with in as much as the representation has already been considered. 6.

Recording the above submission of the learned Counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. 08.12.2025 veda To 1.
