ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition. He has also filed the Memo of the Petitioner dated 20.04.2026 to that effect and the paragraphs 2 to 4 is extracted hereunder: "2. I submit that I have paid the entire outstanding dues to the 1st Respondent, and no amount remains due and payable to the 1st respondent. During the pendency of the above Writ Petition, an amiable settlement has been arrived at between myself and the 2nd Respondent.

3. In view of the said settlement, the cause of action for proceeding the present Writ Petition will not arise. I therefore seek permission of this Hon'ble Court to withdraw the above Writ Petition.

4. It is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to record this memo and permit the Petitioner to withdraw the Writ Petition, and thus render justice."

2. Recording the aforesaid Memo dated 20.04.2026, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
