Mr.P.G.Santhoshkumar
JUDGMENT
The petitioner is the husband of the first respondent and the father of the second and third respondents. The Revision Petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the learned III Additional Principal Family Court, Chennai in M.P.No.801 of 2025 in M.C.No.563 of 2022 directing the petitioner to pay 50% of the School Fees at Rs.2,40,000/- to the respondents 2 & 3 for the academic year 2024- 2025 and 2025-2026, pending disposal of M.C.No.563 of 2022.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that the impugned order passed in M.P.No.801 of 2025 is liable to be set aside since the petitioner is earning only Rs.20,000/- per month and is employed under his father.
3. It is seen from the impugned order that the learned Judge has observed that petitioner is doing business along with his father. The learned Judge has further observed that the petitioner has not produced any document to prove his case that he only earned Rs.20,000/-.
4. The petitioner has been directed to pay 50% of the school fees. This Court finds no infirmity in the impugned order. The direction to the petitioner to support his wife and to pay 50% of the school fees for his children pending disposal of the maintenance case cannot be said to be unjust. Hence, this Criminal Revision Petition is dismissed. sma 05.12.2025 Index : Yes/No Speaking Order/Non Speaking Order 2 / 3
