This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 16.10.2025, passed in Crl.A.No.1484 of 2024, directing the petitioner to appear before the respondent police every Tuesday and Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in toto.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for R1 to R3.

2/3 3.In view of the submissions made, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required by the respondent police. 4.Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
