(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) This petition has been filed alleging illegality of a construction with which the petitioner has nothing to do. He is neither the owner

nor is inside the same building nor it is alleged that such illegal construction has encroached upon any of his land or causing any obstruction to his easementary rights.

For want of locus, this petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
